Nutrition Degrees

Most people generally take biology / pre-med route. I know you can go to medical school with specialty, but I was wondering what N and D to prepare. So the N & D program at my school has to change and can become a master with the BS / Pre-Med Biology. And "the two additional years or school worth going to get a master's in medical school?" I can take the information I learned in nutrition in medical school or should I go with the standard biology?
